Bee Forever Kleen ensures that our employees fit our criteria, meet our clients expectations, and are excellent ambassadors for our company. This includes thorough interviews (on the phone and in person), proof of at least 1 year previous professional cleaning experience, reference and criminal background checks. You will be assigned a professional cleaner (or two) who will be dedicated to keeping your home clean. If you have a large home, 3 cleaners may be present.

That all depends on the state of your home, the square footage of your home, and what spaces you want cleaned in your home.

No, because we charge by the hour. This way you are only charged for the hours we are in your home.

If we find that additional time is needed to complete your cleaning requirements, we will contact you 30-45 minutes prior to the end of the scheduled time we originally advised to get your approval to continue. Excessive clutter, dirt, grime, and soap scum and the request for additional items (appliance cleaning, windows, etc) may affect the time needed to clean your home to our standards.

While we do general tidying up, it's advantageous to have things picked up as much as possible, allowing us the ability to have easy access to all areas of your home that we are cleaning. If our cleaners have to spend time picking items up and putting them away, it will affect the time we are in your home. You may be billed the extra time needed to perform the additional work. In cases of extremely cluttered areas or surfaces, we reserve the right to use our judgment to skip those areas in order to avoid damaging items or injuring ourselves.

If you’d like, for the first two to three cleans in order to get to know us first. It is preferred that no one is home while we clean to avoid distraction and stay focused on the task at hand. If you work from home or have to be there then we ask that you vacate to a part of the home we are not working in.

We provide all cleaning supplies EXCEPT vacuum cleaners and a mop/bucket (unless it is a move-in/move-out or post construction clean). The reasons we don’t provide a vacuum or mop/bucket is to avoid transmission of germs/pests from home to home. Please have a vacuum that reaches under beds and have both the vacuum and mop in good working order.

We know the common perception of using a “professional” cleaning service brings to mind higher charges. This isn’t always the case. We also understand that you can find someone to clean your home for less using platforms like Facebook, Kijiji, Castanet, or Craigslist. However, have you ever considered the true cost of using a cleaner who is not licensed or insured? For example, if this individual/cleaning service damages your natural stone floor, ruins your SS appliances, breaks an expensive piece of artwork, how will they pay for the damages? If money comes up missing or credit cards or jewelry are stolen, how will you recover the loss? If this individual is injured in your home, who will cover the medical costs and expenses? YOU. Just remember, you are inviting someone into your home and into the lives of your family. Be smart- be safe.
